Four taken to hospital after crash shuts A274 Headcorn Road in Biddenden

Four people have been taken to hospital after a crash which blocked a village road in both directions.

Police and ambulance crews were called to the accident, involving two vehicles, on the A274 Headcorn Road in Biddenden at Bell Lane.

It happened at about 11am.

A police spokesman said: "Officers attended along with South East Coast Ambulance Service and four people have been taken to a local hospital with injuries not believed to be serious."

The crash affected traffic between Biddenden and Headcorn.
