Car ends up on its roof

A car ended up on it roof after crashing on a duel carriage way in Dartford in the early hours of Saturday morning.

The car overturned on Princes Road, a road which goes over the M25 motorway, shortly after midnight.

Firefighters from Dartford were sent to the scene, but the three people inside the vehicle managed to get themselves out of the vehicle before the crew arrived.

A spokesman for Kent Fire and Rescue Service, said: “The car was on its roof, but the people were not trapped.

“We made the scene safe by disconnecting the car’s battery and helped the paramedics put one person a stretcher as it was thought they may have a back injury.”

One other person was taken to also taken hospital but only as a precaution, none of the three suffered serious injuries during the crash.
