Love Island winner Jack Fincham considering complaint against police after latest Swanley arrest

The legal team of a former Love Island winner says their client is considering lodging a formal complaint against the police as he is a "target".

Reality TV star Jack Fincham, who won the 2018 series of the hit ITV2 dating show alongside ex-girlfriend Dani Dyer, was arrested last month on suspicion of multiple offences.

In a statement released today (September 14), a Kent Police spokesman said: “On Saturday, August 26, officers arrested a 32-year-old man from Swanley on suspicion of drug driving, careless driving, driving without insurance and driving while displaying false number plates, on the A2 near Dartford."

Fincham, from Swanley, who has more than 1.7 million followers on Instagram, has been bailed until November 26.

He denies all the allegations made against him.

Solicitor Conor Johnstone, of Maj Law firm, is representing Fincham.

He said: “Mr Fincham has not been charged with drug driving and denies any drug consumption whatsoever.

“There is no evidence at this stage that Mr Fincham drove whilst over the legal limit and we are hopeful that his blood results will prove the same.

“Mr Fincham does feel as though he has become a target of Kent Police in recent months and is considering lodging a complaint against the force.”
