Good progress made on demolition of Burlington House with final tenant moving out last week

Demolition work on Burlington House is making good progress with the final tenant moving out of the complex last week.

Invest in Dover has been keeping residents updated with pictures and snippets from the preparation of the St James’s Development. A spokesman for Dover District Council said: “There is lots of on-site activity as the demolition of Burlington House complex gathers pace.

“There is currently work on putting hoardings up along the site.”
