GOVERNORS at Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School in Faversham have appointed a new head teacher to take over from Jane Percy who left at Christmas.

David Anderson trained at Goldsmith’s College, London University, and started his career at a grammar school, St Olave’s in London.

Mr Anderson, who has a 10-year-old daughter, Olivia, enjoys mountaineering and cycling, travel, literature and the theatre.
