Man to stand trial over exposure charges

A MAN accused of exposing himself to children in Gravesend will stand trial next year.

Gavin McDonald, 23, of Doria Drive, Gravesend, appeared at Maidstone Crown Court last Friday and pleaded not guilty to four offences of exposure.

He also denies two charges of engaging in a sexual activity in the presence of a child.

The court heard the offences are alleged to have occurred between September and November last year.

McDonald was released on bail by Judge Jeremy Carey until his trial starts on January 5. It is expected to last seven to 10 days.
