Man 'unsure' how he got injuries in Perry Street, Northfleet

A pub crawl has a left a man with a broken jaw, a head wound and possible spinal injuries, but police say he is not sure how any of it happened.

The man, in his 40s, was discovered in Perry Street, Northfleet, between 8pm and 9.15pm on Saturday, October 4.

Police are trying to work out how he received a variety of injuries including a fractured jaw, a laceration to the back of his head and possible damage to his spine.

His wallet is also missing.

Detective Sergeant Beverley Morrison said: "We are trying to build up a picture of how the man might have suffered these injuries.

"I understand he had visited a number of pubs around the Perry Street area earlier in the evening before he sustained these injuries and would be keen to hear from anybody who thinks they can help us understand the circumstances around this and whether there was any third party involvement."
