Ebbsfleet have already sold their initial allocation of 15,000 tickets for next month’s FA Trophy final at Wembley.

Tickets went on sale at Stonebridge Road on March 31 with fans also able to purchase tickets via www.myfootballclub.co.uk.

Further tickets have been made available in the upper tier with the club receiving an extra 10,000 on Monday.

Club secretary Roly Edwards said: “We’ve got rid of the original allocation. I must admit that having reached 15,000, I did wonder if there would be any more people who would want a ticket, but they seem to keep coming.

“Up until Monday, Torquay had sold around 7,500 tickets so they are quite a long way behind us.

"But that could be because they have still got the play-off thing hanging over them.”

Tickets for the eagerly-awaited clash against Torquay United on May 10 are priced at £25, with concessions (under 16s and over 65s) at £12.50.
