ARMED raiders threatened staff and stole money from tills during a raid on a superstore early this morning.

Four men wearing balaclavas and armed with crowbars entered the Sainsbury’s store in Mill Road, Aylesford, at about 3.30am.

Maidstone and Malling Police said the men threatened staff before stealing cash from the tills and escaping in a silver-coloured vehicle.
