This bird is already behind bars for life - now he's been slapped with an Asbo.
Police in Herne Bay received an anonymous letter, thought to be penned by a disgusted parent, complaining about a "large man of stocky build" regularly spotted on his balcony wolf-whistling innappropriately in the direction of groups of children at a park.
A female PCSO was ordered round and told to take back-up with her. On arrival at the house in Hampton Pier Avenue they came face to face with the culprit - foul-beaked 10-year-old African grey parrot Charlie.
Owners Terry and Phyllis Burgoine said they knew he was a nuisance but had not appreciated he had an audience.
Mrs Burgoine, 72, said: "Charlie wolf whistles and shouts 'Oi!' and they thought it was Terry. So now Terry's stuck an Asbo sticker on his cage!"
