Boy, 15, charged with three Medway sex attacks

A 15-year-old boy has been charged after allegedly going on a 24-hour sex attack spree.

It follows a series of incidents over Hallowe'en when three female victims aged between 12 and 26 were attacked.

The first incident took place in Union Street, Rochester, at around 8.15pm on October 30.

A 26-year-old woman told police she was approached by a male suspect who tried to touch her groin area.

The second incident happened the following day in Cecil Road, Rochester, at around 8.30pm when a suspect tried to touch 22-year-old woman's breasts.

The third incident was just 15 minutes later in an alleyway just off off Cecil Road when a suspect tried to touch a 12-year-old girl.

Police arrested a teenager the following day and charged him with three counts of sexual assault by touching.

The boy - who cannot be named for legal reasons - was remanded in custody and appeared at Medway Magistrates' Court on November 3.

Officers are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
