Four youngsters arrested on suspicion of manslaughter after a driver was killed on the A20 have been released without charge.

The children, one aged just 10, were questioned following the death of 47-year-old Michael Baker of Littlehampton, West Sussex.

He died in a recovery truck which crashed near Swanley in July after youngsters were seen throwing stones nearby.

A police spokesman said: "We are not able to charge anyone in connection with this incident at this time.

"The young people who were arrested have been released without charge.

"The investigation is not closed, but we need people to come forward and tell us what happened that day so that we can explain to Michael Baker's partner Sheila, and his family, how and why he died."
