POLICE have issued an appeal after a 77-year-old pensioner was threatened and robbed in her own home.

The attacked happened at around 9.30pm on Tuesday, February 5.

Detectives have released a CCTV image of a man seen outside Belvedere Social Club moments before the robbery took place.

The man is white, aged in his late 30s or early 40s, about 5ft 8in with receding, short hair. He was wearing a dark coat with a fur collar. Police think he may be able to help their inquiries.
