Police have released this efit after a man walking a dog exposed himself to a woman.

The victim was targeted by the man, in his late 60s, on a footbridge in Tonbridge on Monday.

As she approached him, he exposed himself to her and made a suggestive comment.

The victim walked away and was not touched by the man.

Police are now appealing for witnesses after the incident, which happened on the footbridge between Turner Road and Hopgarden Road at about 4.45pm.

The man is described as white, about 6ft, very skinny, pale and wrinkly.

He was wearing a knee-length beige raincoat, a dark chequered flat cap, dark ankle boots and circular glasses. He did not appear to be wearing any trousers.

The dog he was with has been described as a lurcher, 4ft tall and with long, wiry black hair.
