Four storeys and a coach house

With a self-contained coach house at the bottom of the garden, developer Berkeley believes its new five-bedroom homes at Park Crescent, Canterbury, have the edge when it comes to attracting families.

Situated within the Kingsbrook Park development near the city centre, the Georgian-style, four storey houses are near some of the best schools and universities that Kent has to offer.

Some of the properties also have a coach house, which offer the ultimate private teenage den or student accommodation.

Each one-bedroom coach house is designed over two floors and is a similar size and layout to a studio flat, with an open plan kitchen/living and bedroom area plus a separate shower and cupboard.

The ground floor meanwhile serves as a double garage. Designed to recreate a classic Georgian crescent, the elegant row of houses at Park Crescent are situated around a central landscaped park overlooking the River Stour.

Providing up to 2,700 sq ft of space, each home is designed over four floors offering plenty of freedom for all the family. There are high ceilings, large windows and a high quality internal specification.

Kitchens come with a mix of contemporary oak veneer and high gloss finishes, stone worktops, Bosch stainless steel double oven, gas burner or induction hob and extractor hood plus an integrated microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

Bathrooms feature white Villeroy & Boch sanitaryware, Hansgrohe thermostatically controlled showers and ceramic wall and floor tiling.

Kingsbrook Park is bordered by the River Stour on three sides. The development will include ecological habitat zones to improve the natural landscape and enhancements to the public riverside walk. There will also be a children's play area.

Prices for houses at Park Crescent start from £699,950. For more information, contact 01227 477100 or go to http://www.kingsbrookpark.co.uk/
