Gills manager Mark Stimson described it as a "great point" after his side drew 0-0 with Colchester on Saturday.

Stimson’s side had lost their previous match to Accrington in the FA Cup and the Gills boss (pictured) responded to his critics in the after-match press conference.

He also explained his reasoning for leaving Kevin Maher out of the side at the weekend and his hopes of bringing in a big name to the club.
