Gillingham prepare to name new boss

THERE are thought to be five names in the running for the vacant manager's job at Gillingham as chairman Paul Scally prepares to announce his new man.

Stan Ternent quit the club on Sunday after failing to agree terms on a new deal to stay at Priestfield and Mr Scally is expected to name his succesor before the end of the week.
