A man was taken to hospital after an accident with a tractor on Friday.
It happened at about 1pm in Howfield Lane, Chartham, when a tractor the man was driving went into a ditch and toppled over onto him.
The air ambulance, road ambulance, police and firefighters from Canterbury attended. A fire spokesman said the driver had told him the tractor’s brakes had failed.
The man was flown to William Harvey Hospital in Ashford for treatment.
