New asylum bill 'goes too far'

MEMBERS of the Kent Refugee Action Network have expressed serious concerns over the new Asylum Bill.

Among some of the changes which may be introduced is electronic tagging on asylum seekers waiting to be deported, the reduction of legal aid and the possibility of removing asylum seekers' children if they refuse repatriation.
