A 43-YEAR-OLD man has been cautioned following his arrest on suspicion of indecent exposure in a Kent seaside town.

An off-duty police officer was driving along Dumpton Park Drive, Ramsgate, at 12.30pm on Friday with his family when he saw the man naked from the waist down.

During his interview, the Broadstairs man denied indecent exposure, but admitted outraging public decency, stating he had been drinking and that he was intending to defecate in the street.

He was cautioned.
