KENT Police are appealing for information about a 29-year-old missing man.

Carl Stanley, from Staplehurst, near Maidstone, vanished at about 7pm on Friday.

Mr Stanley is described as being white, 6ft 2ins tall, of heavy build with blue eyes and short light brown-cropped hair. When he was last seen he was wearing jeans and it is thought he may also be wearing a dark blue jumper.

Sgt Dan Worthington said: "We are concerned for Mr Stanley’s well being and I would like to urge anyone who may have information that will help us locate him to come forward.

"He is not in any trouble we just want to know that he is safe and well."
