Post mortem on woman's sudden death

A 52-year-old woman died unexpectedly at a house in High Street, Queenborough, near Sheeerness.

Ambulance crews were called to the scene at 8.30am last Saturday but a spokesperson said when they arrived there was nothing they could do to revive the woman.

A police spokesman said: “There was nothing to cause us to regard this incident as a suspicious death. There were no signs of a struggle and no marks were found on her body.”

The police are awaiting the results of a post mortem examination.
