Pride In Medway - get to school safely

A mother has nominated a group of people who helped her son, who has special needs, get to school safely every day.

Marilyn Blease, of Roosevelt Avenue, Chatham, has put forward MP Jonathan Shaw, health visitor Brenda Bradbeer and Peter Whistler, the head teacher at Warren Wood Primary School in Rochester.

Marilyn said: “These people really supported me.

“They have all been there for me though a very difficult time and they helped me to carry on.

“I would really like these very thoughtful and caring people to be recognised for all they do to help people.”
