Flowers have been laid close to the spot where a 19-year-old man's body was found.

At least 16 bouquets have been laid at the peaceful spot next to Leybourne Lakes in Larkfield where the body of Brian Anderson, who lived locally, was discovered on Friday.

A solitary teddy bear sits above a picture of Mr Anderson, surrounded by the flowers - none of which have messages with them.

The area was cordoned off on Friday while forensic teams worked at the scene, but was open to the public on Sunday, many of whom took a moment to stop and look at the flowers and picture.

An inquiry into the circumstances of Mr Anderson's death is under way but police say they are not treating the incident as suspicious.

A post mortem is due to be carried out.
