Woman arrested on suspicion of murder

A 21-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder after officers were called out to reports of a domestic dispute.

Police were called to a house in Fort Crescent, Margate at 9.20pm last night.

They had received reports from South East Cost Ambulance Service that a man had been taken to hospital with what were believed to be stab wounds.

The 29-year-old later died in the QEQM hospital at around 11pm.

Officers from The Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate have begun a murder investigation.

A 21-year-old woman from Margate is currently in custody.
