Bromley v Fisher

BROMLEY go into Saturday’s Blue Square South clash with Fisher Athletic in buoyant mood

The Lillywhites celebrated Christmas with an 8-1 hammering of Thurrock on Boxing Day to move up to sixth, just two points off Hampton and Richmond in third place.

And player-coach Simon Osborn is determined to keep that form going.

He said: “We were very, very pleased with the Thurrock game – it’s a long time since we've been able to put on a performance like that.

“Bobby Bowry, Derek Parnham and myself have had a chance to get on the training field and instill into the players how we want to play, which is getting back to what they’re good at and playing football.

“But you are only as good as your last game. Fisher is a bit ore of a local derby, so it’s going to be interesting.”

The Lillywhites have picked up no new injuries, and should have striker Nic McDonnell available to play some part on Saturday.
