Welling have secured the services of Gillingham youth team striker Adam Burchell on work experience.

Burchell, who turns 18 on Friday, will go straight into Andy Ford’s side for Saturday’s trip to Dorchester in the Blue Square South division.

The young forward has scored seven goals for Gillingham’s youth team this season and has also featured in the club’s reserve side. He is in the second year of his apprenticeship at the club.
