Tonbridge Angels boss Tommy Warrilow is waiting for news on injured trio Danny Walder, Jon Heath and Adrian Stone after all failed to finish Tuesday’s 1-1 home draw against Canvey Island.

Walder (thigh) and Stone (hamstring), in his first start since joining from Maidstone, went off at half-time and Heath picked up a hip problem joining Lee Browning (knee) and Ade Olerunda on the treatment table.

Goalkeeper Lee Worgan also needed lengthy treatment after being injured inside the first 10 minutes.

The injuries could not have come at a worse time, with third-placed Tonbridge facing difficult Ryman League Premier Division, away games at Kingstonian on Saturday and Wealdstone on Monday.

Warrilow (pictured) said: "It’s not a crisis but one moment we are saying how lucky we are with injuries, then lose five players in the space of a week. I am down to 12 fit players."

He watched first-team squad players Luke Blewden, Matt Hollyoak and Liam Baker in the reserves on Wednesday night and all three could be added to the squad.
