Last gasp Stones net crucial victory

Harlow Town 1 Maidstone 2

Maidstone United jumped out of the Ryman League Premier Division relegation zone as they snatched an injury-time winner at Harlow Town on Saturday.

Ex-Arsenal midfielder Ian Selley showed his class to open the scoring for the visitors on the hour when he dispatched a low free kick into the bottom corner from the edge of the box.

But Harlow were level within three minutes through skipper James Bunn's header.

However, United grabbed the deciding goal four minutes into stoppage time when Connor Hagan broke away down the left before beating the full back and crossing for veteran Mark Saunders, who made made a driving 60-yard run, to send the 150 travelling support into raptures.
