Maidstone conceded an injury-time winner for the second time in four days as Bromley pinched victory at the Gallagher.

Louis Dennis’ second goal of the game, after a mistake by the returning Tom Hadler, gave the Ravens victory. It was the 10th goal they've conceded in added time this season.

Earlier, the impressive Josh Shonibare gave United an early lead but Dennis and Deji Elerewe scored at the end of the first half as Bromley led at the break.

Back came the hosts as Sam Bone levelled and United looked to be in the driving seat when Charley Kendall was sent off for the visitors with 10 minutes of normal time remaining.

However, there was another twist as Hadler spilled Corey Whiteley’s shot in the first minute of added time, allowing Dennis to grab the winner.

Maidstone also finished a man down, with Raphe Brown dismissed at the death.

Defeat pushes United closer to National League relegation, extending their winless run to 19 games.

Maidstone took a 10th-minute lead from their first meaningful attack.

What a lovely goal it was, too, with Regan Booty playing a superb ball in behind the defence for Shonibare to run on to and beat Reice Charles-Cook in the visitors’ goal.

The Stones were holding their own, without threatening to add to their lead, while looking solid defensively at the other end.

However, as the half wore on, they began to be forced back and a Bromley goal seemed a matter of time.

George Fowler made an excellent block from Dennis after a long throw was flicked on but the equaliser arrived four minutes before the break.

A speculative shot came hit Dominic Odusanya and broke to Michael Cheek on the left and he squared for Dennis.

Kevin Berkoe made a goalline clearance from Cheek and Ryan Stirk also went close from the follow-up before Bromley went 2-1 up in the second minute of injury time.

Having defended well, it was a scruffy one to concede with a ball into the box dropping to Elerewe.

Berkoe pulled off another good block to deny Dennis in the opening stages of the second half.

Having survived that, Maidstone levelled in the 52nd minute with Bone slamming home the loose ball after Charles-Cook flapped at Booty’s corner.

United thought they’d regained the lead on the hour when a brilliant run and cross by Berkoe was finished by Shonibare, only for the linesman’s flag to go up for offside.

Bromley slowed the game down with a couple of substitutions and had a big chance themselves when one of the changes, Harry Forster, set up Dennis, who somehow missed the target.

The visitors were reduced to 10 men with 10 minutes remaining, substitute Kendall shown a straight red card for a high challenge on Booty.

Maidstone looked to make their extra man count but conceded in added time for the second time in four days, following Saturday's defeat by Woking.

This one came in the first minute of stoppage time with Dennis pouncing for his second goal after Hadler failed to hold Whitely's shot.

It was 10-a-side in the final minute with Stones defender Brown dismissed for taking out Stirk.
