Cedric Ngakam scored the only goal as Chatham continued their fine form away from Maidstone Road with a 1-0 win at Walton Casuals on Saturday.

The Chats moved just a point outside the Ryman League Division 1 South play-off places after the French defender popped up to convert Ashley Probets' second-half free-kick.

Alex O'Brien's (pictured) side bossed much of the game but Brendon Cass spurned three chances to put them ahead in the first half.
