Ice cream theft at Creams in Tunbridge Wells leads to Nique Allen's arrest

A man is set to appear before magistrates following the alleged theft of an ice cream and chocolate bars.

Nique Allen, 24, is said to have eaten ice cream taken from the counter at Creams in Grosvenor Road, Tunbridge Wells.

Now charged with burglary, he is then alleged to have made off with a number of stolen chocolate bars from the shop at 1.30am.

Police attended the scene, on Saturday, and arrested the Lamberhurst resident in the early hours.

Having been bailed, Allen, of Little Bayham, is due to appear at Maidstone Magistrates' Court on Friday, September 6.
