Ricky Skilton of Colebrook Road, Tunbridge Wells jailed after stealing alcohol from a shop in High Brooms Road

A man has been jailed after stealing alcohol from a Tunbridge Wells store.

On February 3 Ricky Skilton stole alcohol worth £12.80 from a shop in High Brooms road.

Skilton, of Colebrook Road, also failed to surrender to custody at Mid Kent Magistrates' Court on March 5.

The 28-year-old pleaded guilty to both offences and magistrates sentenced him to 60 days in prison, fined him £50 and ordered him to pay £6 in compensation.
