Hawkhurst: Firefighters tackle combine harvester fire in fields off Water Lane

Fire crews have been called to a field near Hawkhurst where a combine harvester has caught fire.

The flames have spread to surrounding fields and vegetation off Water Lane.

Crews are at the scene enduring hot conditions while they bring the blaze under control using a hose reel jet.
