A teenager boy was injured in road accident involving two cars in Kingsnorth Road, Ashford

A teenage boy was in collision with two cars in a road accident last night.

The accident happened at 9.15pm at Kingsnorth Road, Ashford.

Police were at the scene of the crash.

The boy is believed to have suffered a fractured collarbone and facial injuries and was taken by ambulance to the town’s William Harvey Hospital.

The two cars involved were a blue Citroen C3 and a grey Ford Escort.

Police were also called and the road was closed at the junction with Beaver Road and reopened by 11.15pm.
