Folkestone Invicta start their FA Cup campaign with a first qualifying round tie at home to Horsham on Saturday.

The game is the first of two successive meetings between the sides as they face each other again in West Sussex the following week in the league.

The match pairs Cugley against another long-serving non-league manager in John Maggs.

He said: "I have known John for a long time. They haven’t started that well, which is a bit of a surprise. Let’s hope they start picking up after they have played us."

Micheal Everitt misses the game as he starts a three-match ban after being sent-off at Sutton a fortnight ago and Cugley’s only injury worry concerns defender Josh Vincent.

He went off 20 minutes from time against Kingstonian, suffering from a tight hamstring.

If the tie goes to a replay on Saturday, it will take place at Gorings Mead next Tuesday (7.45pm).
