A pint-sized property this certainly isn’t!
Home-hunters are being given the chance to move into this freshly plastered pub which has been converted into two houses.
When time was called on the former Churchill pub in Canterbury Road, South Willesborough, it was put into auction and sold to developers.
It’s now set to sell in a shot when it goes on the market, leaving its two new owners feeling tickety-booze with their ale-house.
The pub has been roughly split down the middle with the two living rooms taking up the bar area and the kitchen/diners where the toilets and pub kitchen were once situated.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom in each property.
The Willesborough area has lost a number of pubs over the years including the Crown, the Anchor, the Churchill and the Alfred Arms.
