A 4ft man who dresses up as an old lady and pesters young women is back on the streets of a Kent city.

Paul Reed, 47, was released by a judge at Canterbury Crown Court having spent 138 days in prison.

Reed, of Lancaster Road, Canterbury, had earlier admitted three counts of breaching a sexual offences order which banned him from wearing women’s clothing.

After the hearing, Reed said his life, work and his family’s lives had been ruined by the court proceedings.

"I’m an easy target for the police and for newspapers," he added.

Judge Adele Williams ordered Reed to do 36 months community supervision which includes a sex offenders programme.
