Canterbury Apprentice star Vincent Disneur again avoided a boardroom bruising from Lord Sugar on Wednesday night despite another lacklustre performance.

In the second helping of the show this week the 29-year-old telecoms software sales manager volunteered to project lead the boys' latest task - to create a new smart phone app - but failed to get the support of his team mates.

He also stumbled his way through a presentation to technology bosses and had to ask another team mate, Jim Eastwood to come to his rescue.

But the project leader Leon Doyle decided not to bring him back into the boardroom and it was estate agent Alex Britez Cabral who got fired.
