A 36-year-old Herne Bay man has been found safe and well after going missing over the weekend.

Richard Claxton had disappeared from the Malvern Park area of the town at 10pm on Sunday night after spending time with his family.

He was found safe and well a few hours later.

Police would like to thank the public for their help in tracing him.
