POLICE officers trying to make contact with a pregnant woman following her disappearance at the weekend say she has been found safe and well.

Jennifer Perry, 44, was reported missing on Sunday, August 5, after visiting the home of her former partner in Bridge, near Canterbury.

Ms Perry lives in the Nutfield area of Surrey with her three children, aged between 17 and 21 and is about five-and-a-half months pregnant.

It is understood she had been in the Thanet and Canterbury areas before being found.

A Kent Police spokesman said: "We would like to thank the public for their help in finding Jennifer Perry."
