THE annual Les Golding Memorial 10K run is to be held once again by Invicta East Kent AC, in conjunction with the Family Fun Run 1500m, on Sunday (June 8).

Starting and finishing on the Downs near the King's hall in Beacon Hill, Herne Bay. All entrants are welcome on the day, and everyone who runs will receive a race memento.

The prizes, from sponsors such as The Sweatshop, Microdoctor and McDonalds, have been valued at over £500.

The main event starts at 9am and the fun run at 9.10am.
