Tattooed thug breaks man's jaw

DETECTIVES have appealed for information after a 19-year-old man suffered a broken jaw during a street attack.

The victim was assaulted as he walked along King Street, Canterbury, at about 3.15am on Sunday by a man with tattoos on his arms and chest.

He was taken to the The William Harvey Hospital at Ashford. Police say the attacker left the scene in a taxi.

He is described as aged about 25, 5ft 6ins tall, of stockily built, with black hair. He was wearing a short sleeved t-shirt and blue jeans.
