Woodmans Hall crashed out of the Challenge Cup after suffering a 7-0 defeat against an impressive Rising Sun side.

Andy Martin (2), Lee Austin (2), Sam Robinson, Gavin Theze and Mark McCann got the goals for the Herne Bay and Whitstable Sunday League team.

East Kent Gills could not contain Waterfront as they went down 4-1 at home. Waterfront went ahead early on and controlled the first half leading 3-0 at half-time.

Gills rallied and pulled one back. They had chances to close the gap further but by pushing forward they left themselves open at the back and the pace of Waterfronts attack ensured a fourth was always on the cards.

Wayne Fittle, Matt Kelk, Joe Smith and Sam Rigden got the goals for Front while Tomeck replied for Gills.
