Hertford v Canterbury

HOOKER Matt Ford makes his first appearance of the season in the Canterbury rugby side which travels to Hertford on Saturday in search of their fourth National League victory.

Ford, a front row regular in last season’s London 1 championship-winning side, underwent surgery during the summer but came through a full 80 minutes with the second team last weekend.

Paddy Gill is included at full-back, with South African Gert De Kock switching to centre and Pat Sykes taking the right-wing spot.

Saturday’s kick-off is at 3pm.
