Pair jailed for football violence

Two men have been jailed for their part in an incident of mob football violence.

Adam Henry, 29, from Alfristan Close, Dartford and Nicholas McGinty 24, of Laurel Grove, Sydenham were sentenced at Southwark Crown Court on Thursday after pleading guilty to causing violent disorder in the incident at Sydenham railway station in September.

The pair are also banned from attending any football match in England and Wales and from travelling on trains on any day where England or Crystal Palace Football Club are playing a match for the next six years.
