Officers are hunting down the riders of a 'nuisance' motorbike that's been seen speeding through the town.

They're now appealing for witnesses to track down three riders.

The first call received detailed how the trio, believed to be young men, were travelling through Sheperds Lane, Dartford, just after 9am on April 19, with only the front rider wearing a helmet.

Around 20 minutes later another report of a nuisance bike in Central Road, Dartford, was received. However, it was concerning two people riding it, with one of the passengers concealing their face, but not wearing a helmet.

On Saturday, April 20 police received a similar report of a motorbike being spotted in Cotton Lane, Dartford, at around 10.10am, where three people were seen travelling on the vehicle.

Witnesses have described those involved as young men, possibly teenagers, with one of them wearing dark clothing and another wearing a green or grey hoodie.

Inspector Craig West, from the police, said: "Anti-social behaviour is an unacceptable nuisance and we will always seek to take robust action against those involved. This can include prosecution and vehicle seizures.

"We have conducted extensive inquiries to locate the bike, including conducting area searches and reviewing CCTV. At present, we have not identified those involved.

"We are therefore keen to hear from anyone who believes they have seen the bike, either at the times stated or on another date.
