Lorry driver fined £100 after refusing to move "dangerously" parked vehicle

A lorry driver who allegedly refused to move his "dangerously" parked vehicle has been fined.

Police officers asked a Polish lorry driver parked on the A20 Courtwood Interchange slip-road to move it on Wednesday morning.

It had no lights on at a time when there was thick fog.

But after refusing, he was subsequently made to drive to the Stop 24 services in Hythe, and was fined £100.
