THREE people have been arrested after police raided a house in a Kent town.

It is part of the ongoing crack down on drug abuse and follows a number of similar successful operations.

Officers from the Neighbourhood Policing Team went to the property in Park Avenue, Dover, with a warrant issued under the Misuse of Drugs act 1971.

Substances which were found in the property have been sent for analysis, but were believed to be controlled drugs.

The three people who were arrested have been bailed pending further enquiries.
