Karol Steele, a resident who lives in the road told KentOnline: “Five vehicles were damaged after a white van smashed into parked cars. No one was hurt.

“It was a shock to everyone at our end of the street - there was an almighty bang just outside my house and I thought ‘oh, that’s a car crash’.

“The owners of the first two cars damaged had only recently moved into the street, and one of their two cars was brand new. They are still in the street waiting to be towed away.”
